By using the Vivre Labs website, completing the Longevity Baseline, sending an enquiry, or otherwise interacting with the Platform, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform. Clinical services, when launched, are delivered by Vivre's clinical partners under their own licenses, and your clinical relationship is with those licensed providers, not directly with Vivre Labs.
Vivre Labs is a clinical longevity-medicine platform designed to be delivered through licensed physicians and registered clinical facilities in Malaysia, Indonesia, and Thailand. We provide the assessment, scheduling, monitoring, and operational technology behind supervised clinical care. All compounds and protocols described on the Platform are intended to be prescribed, dispensed, and monitored only through licensed physicians and registered pharmacies. Vivre Labs is not a direct-to-consumer compound retailer, a research-chemical supplier, a telehealth-only service, or a substitute for in-person medical care.
While in this state, no clinical services are being delivered. Information presented as patient cohorts, allocations, or outcomes is illustrative of the operating model, not a record of completed care. Pricing, protocol descriptions, and operational details on the Platform describe the intended live service and may change before clinical launch.
You agree not to use the Platform to obtain compounds, prescriptions, or clinical decisions outside the supervised physician workflow; misrepresent your identity or medical history; access another user's account; or use the Platform for any purpose unlawful in your market. If you violate these terms, we may suspend or terminate your access.
Any clinical relationship arises only between you and a licensed treating physician, following an assessment in which the physician reviews your biomarkers, medical history, contraindications, and informed consent. The Platform supports that relationship but does not replace it. Vivre Labs does not, and the Platform does not, prescribe, recommend, or directly authorize any treatment.
Pricing displayed refers to physician-supervised care delivered through Vivre's clinical partners. Payment is conducted only through the payment processors used by the clinical partner in your market - never directly through messaging channels or unsecured methods.
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by the law of your market, Vivre Labs is not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be lawfully limited or excluded under the law of your market.
For users in Malaysia, these terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. For users in Indonesia, by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. For users in Thailand, by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. The final, market-specific governing-law and dispute-resolution provisions will be set in the counsel-certified versions of these terms at clinical launch.
